We spent 18 months in collaboration with thermodynamic fluid dynamicists and Swiss master chocolatiers. Our challenge? To create a chocolate sphere with an ultra-thin 1.2mm shell that securely encapsulates a liquid core with lower viscosity than honey, yet remains shelf-stable.
Through state-of-the-art crystallization techniques, we've developed a cocoa-butter barrier layer that prevents liquid core migration. The splash you feel when you bite down is real chocolate science, bringing you the ultimate indulgence.
